What this tells you

Pradosh Kaal is the twilight period around sunset — roughly 45 minutes before to 90 minutes after. It is sacred to Shiva. When Pradosh Kaal falls on Trayodashi tithi (13th lunar day), the day is called Pradosh Vrat — a major observance for Shaivite traditions.
